You May Be Here Because…

  • You're carrying stress, anxiety, or emotional weight that doesn't have an easy name
  • You've felt the particular exhaustion of navigating a world not designed for your healing
  • You want a mindfulness practice rooted in cultural truth — not generic wellness
  • You sense that healing requires community — not just willpower
  • You're ready to move beyond coping and into genuine transformation — alongside others who understand

If any of this is true — you are in the right place.

More Than a Program.

A return to the ancient practice of living in truth, balance, and right relationship — with yourself, and with each other.

MAAT is an ancient Kemetian principle — a way of understanding harmony, truth, and justice as lived practices, not abstract ideals. It is the foundation upon which this program is built.

Over six weeks, you will be guided into a mindfulness meditation practice that meets you where you are — in your body, in your lineage, and in your daily life. But unlike individual work, you will not walk this path alone. You will walk it alongside a cohort of people who carry similar histories, similar stresses, and a shared readiness to return to themselves.

This is the power of MAAT as a group experience. Healing that is witnessed by community becomes something larger than personal transformation. It becomes collective restoration.
This program was designed in deep relationship with the Global Majority community — because healing that does not account for racial stress, intergenerational trauma, and ancestral disconnection is incomplete healing.

Over Six Weeks, You and Your Cohort Will…

  • Develop a consistent, embodied mindfulness meditation practice
  • Build awareness of thoughts, emotions, and nervous system patterns
  • Cultivate tools for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and resilience
  • Practice mindful movement, breathwork, and self-compassion
  • Engage in loving-kindness meditation rooted in ancestral wisdom
  • Learn to integrate mindfulness into daily life — not just the session
  • Experience the healing power of being witnessed and supported by community

You can expect to feel:

  • Increased self-confidence and inner steadines
  • Decreased stress, anxiety, and emotional reactivity
  • Sharpened focus and mental clarity
  • A renewed sense of connection — to yourself and to community
  • The felt experience of not being alone in your healing

Invest in the Wellbeing of Your People.

The most effective organizations are built on people who are regulated, resilient, and present. MAAT gives your team the tools to get there.

Stress, burnout, and emotional exhaustion are not personal failures — they are organizational challenges. When your staff cannot regulate their nervous systems, manage emotional weight, or sustain focus under pressure, the entire organization feels it.

MAAT offers a culturally grounded, evidence-based mindfulness training program that can be brought directly to your organization — for your staff, your leadership team, or your community. Whether delivered virtually across multiple locations or in-person for a cohort of your employees, MAAT provides your people with the tools that no performance review or professional development workshop can: the inner capacity to show up fully, consistently, and with genuine presence.

This is not generic corporate wellness. This is deep, practical, and lasting — rooted in neuroscience, somatic awareness, and over 30 years of lived practice.

The work of healing is personal. But it does not have to be solitary.

MAAT was built for this — for the community that shows up ready, for the circle that holds what no individual can hold alone. If you are ready to do this work in the company of others who understand the journey, there is a place for you here.
